JasPer License 2.0

The vision and some of the image processing blocks in QUARC are based on the Open Computer Vision (OpenCV) library, which makes use of some third-party libraries. All of these libraries permit commercial use. The JasPer Software library is one of the libraries used by OpenCV. This document replicates the JasPer Software license. All references to the "program" within the rest of this document refer only to the OpenCV-based components of QUARC, which constitute only a small subset of the QUARC product. The terms of this copyright do not apply to the QUARC product as a whole.
