This license applies to the libjpeg-turbo library currently used with the Image Compress block. This document replicates the contents of the Modified (3-clause) BSD License included with the libjpeg-turbo software. All references to "software" within the rest of this document refer only to the libjpeg-turbo software and not to QUARC itself.
