This document describes the license agreement for the RBNB Data Turbine software used by the NEES Daemon in QUARC. Its terms only apply to RBNB software components and do not apply to QUARC itself, nor to the NEES daemon in QUARC. The license agreement is provided per the requirements on the Apache 2.0 license of RBNB. Source code for RBNB is not provided with QUARC. The QUARC NEES Daemon only makes use of the Java interface to RBNB and is not an implementation of the RBNB Data Turbine itself.
