Deletes the specified monitor.
err = monitor.close
Deletes the specified monitor. The monitor will be stopped if it was running. A monitor cannot be used after it has been deleted.
If no err output is provided then it throws an exception if an error occurs. In generated code it prints the error message. Use hil_get_error_message to get the message associated with an error code.

The monitor instance returned by quanser.hardware.hil.monitor_create_interrupt_reader.

A negative error code or zero on success.
