RCP cRIO-9063 Target

One of the target types supported by the RCP Toolkit is the RCP cRIO-9063 Target.

Description

The RCP cRIO-9063 Target is a real-time target, based on the NI Linux Real-Time operating system.

The RCP cRIO-9063 Target supports, for example, the Quanser Q1-Single cRIO configuration as illustrated below and detailed in the Hardware Requirements and NI cRIO Module Configurations Requirements sections.

Software Requirements

The software requirements to use LabVIEW and the RCP toolkit on the RCP cRIO-9063 Target are:

• LabVIEW Real-Time Module (*)
• LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module (*)
• Optional: LabVIEW MathScript RT Module (*) [only used in certain Quanser curriculum VIs]
• NI Device Drivers Reconfigurable I/O (RIO) (*) Feature
• NI Device Drivers Real-Time and Embedded (*) Feature
• RCP Toolkit for cRIO, see Installing RCP on the NI cRIO

(*) - The version of the module or feature on the cRIO must correspond to the version of LabVIEW installed on the host.
