RCP Windows (32-bit) Target

One of the target types supported by the RCP Toolkit is the RCP Windows (32-bit) Target.

Description

The RCP Windows (32-bit) Target currently supports Microsoft 32-bit Windows 7, 32-bit Windows 8 and 32-bit Windows 10 systems(e.g., PC or PXI) running on any x86-compatible CPU.

The RCP Windows (32-bit) Target supports, for example, a 32-bit Windows 7 PC running 32-bit LabVIEW or a 32-bit Windows 7 PXI system running 32-bit LabVIEW. This is illustrated below and detailed in the Hardware Requirements and Software Requirements sections.

Hardware Requirements

As the RCP Windows (32-bit) Target shares the same machine as the RCP Host, e.g., PC or PXI system, it has the same hardware requirements as the Host System Hardware Requirements.

Software Requirements

As the RCP Windows (32-bit) Target shares the same machine as the RCP Host, e.g., PC or PXI system, the only supplemental software requirement in addition to the Host System Software Requirements is:

• NI Device Drivers (e.g., NI-DAQmx, NI Measurement & Automation Explorer )
